  • We are seeking donations of the following items.

    Please note that all items need to be in good condition.


    👕 Clothes - need to be washed with no stains, marks or tears.


    📚 Books - no rips or markings. We would love it if a note can be tucked inside the front cover detailing the genre of the book & if possible include a brief review


    🧩 Puzzles & Toys - complete with all pieces


    💎 Other Treasures - like small household goods or sports equipment

    ❌💻❌ NO Electronics - please note we are not accepting any electronics or electrical appliances


    All donations need to be brought to Windsor Park Baptist Church (550 East Coast Rd)

    9am - 1pm on Sun 24th Nov - Thurs 28th Nov

    Outside of a Sunday, please come to the Reception entrance.

  • If you have new items or services that you can donate to our raffle, this would be most appreciated. Please email sarah.clark@wplifecare.org.nz 

  • We would love to have some sponsors to support us with funds or donated items such as flyer/sign printing, branded lanyards for our team, post-event cleaning services, sausages, bread or baking items. In return we'd love to give your business some great publicity on our webiste, social media and at the event. Please contact sarah.clark@wplifecare.org.nz to discuss.

  • Criteria for being a stall holder are:

    - Stall space costs $30 plus a single donated item from your stall (to go into our 'Christmas Gift Hamper' in our raffle)

    - Space allocation is for a single table only.

    - You need to provide your own table & method of payment (eg eftpos, cash float etc).

    - Setup can commence from 8am and needs to be complete by 8:30am; the market finishes at 2pm.

    - Family friendly products and services only.

    - All products and services provided must be legal. Stallholders are not permitted to sell or offer drugs, alcohol, explicit or pornographic material. No petitions or political campaigning. It is unlikely that we will accept food vendors, but this will be on a case by case basis.
