Windsor Park LifeCare Trust offers a free initial consultation of 30 minutes if you need help with a legal issue. We run two types of clinic - a family law focused clinic and a general community law clinic.
Our Family Law Clinic is facilitated by a dedicated team of volunteer family lawyers. They are able to provide advice and guidance on separation, pre-nuptials, parenting issues such as guardianship and contact, domestic violence, adoption or permanent placement for foster families.
Our General Community Law Clinic is run in collaboration with Auckland Community Law Centre. This clinic is able to provide guidance on most legal issues, excluding business, commercial, Trusts, property or conveyancing matters. Please note: eligibility criteria may apply.
FAMILY LAW CLINIC DATES FOR 2026
We are working hard with our volunteer lawyers to try and create some available dates for 2026. Please watch this space, or reach out to us for further info.
GENERAL COMMUNITY LAW CLINIC DATES FOR 2026
Our in person clinics are currently on hold. We are hoping to be able to resume them in quarter two. In the meantime people are welcome to make a request directly to Auckland Community Law Centre, using the contact details on their website https://aclc.org.nz/.
Bookings need to be made at least a week prior to the clinic date and places are limited.
To check availability and book a place, please fill out the form below.
Please note this is not formal legal representation, but guidance only, and is not appropriate if you have already consulted with a lawyer. A koha (donation) may be made by clinic users.
